Aga survives Van Uytvanck test
Ninth seed Agnieszka rallied from a set down to defeat Alison Van Uytvanck in the second round action at the French Open, 6-7 (3), 6-2, 6-3.
The Krakow native was made to work for her spot in the third round as the inspired Belgian pushed her to three sets.
The two had traded breaks twice in the opening set, before Van Uytvanck prevailed in a tie-breaker 7-3. Aga responded by breaking her rival twice in the second set to level the contest. A break in the third game of the deciding third set confirmed the Pole's momentum. She managed to break once again in the ninth game and sealed the win in two hours and 22 minutes.
The 2013 Roland Garros quarter-finalist won 73% of points on her first serve and 23 of 29 trips to the net.

Agnieszka will face world no.43 Alize Cornet in the next round for a spot in the round of 16.
